About The Position

Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing program and play a key role in bringing self-driving technology to real-world streets. As a Vehicle Operator, you’ll work hands-on with advanced vehicles, supporting daily testing, ensuring safety, and helping engineering teams improve performance and reliability. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge technology while contributing directly to the future of mobility. Job Details Schedule Options: Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM Night Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM Workdays Available: • Thursday–Monday • Wednesday–Sunday • Friday–Tuesday • Saturday–Wednesday • (Night shift also includes Tuesday–Saturday) Pay & Bonuses: • $25/hour base • +5% weekend bonus • +2% night shift bonus • Up to 7% total bonus on weekend nights

Requirements

Clean driving record + no criminal history
Comfortable driving for long periods (6–8 hours/day)
Basic technical / troubleshooting skills
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Detail-oriented with a proactive, safety-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Technical background (IT, engineering, automotive, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Military background

Responsibilities

Drive test vehicles 4–8 hours per day (safety-focused)
Monitor vehicle systems and respond to real-time situations
Support vehicle operations and on-road testing
Perform basic software and hardware tasks
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
Document issues and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams
Assist with logistics, vehicle readiness, and cleanliness
Represent the program professionally when interacting with the public
