About The Position

The Level 2 Windows Support Technician at Matrix Computer Consulting is responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and solutions to small business customers. This role focuses on desktop troubleshooting, networking, and server support, with opportunities for growth into senior-level positions. The technician will serve as an escalation point for Level 1 issues and manage small projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Windows support.
  • 1 year of experience with Active Directory.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for desktop environments.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with O365 and Azure services.
  • Some server experience, particularly with Windows servers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Veeam backup solutions.
  • Desire to grow skills in server support and cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop troubleshooting support for Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Manage and resolve networking issues.
