About The Position
This position involves workstation administration on heterogeneous networks, including Windows Server based domains. The role requires managing operating system cyber compliance, upgrades, and patching for both Windows and Linux systems. Responsibilities include providing guidance and management for hardware, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple architectures. The candidate will ensure the integrity and availability of applications, coordinate new application installations, upgrades, and provide customer support in classified areas. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and maintaining various IT hardware such as PCs, printers, and laptops, as well as implementing security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures. This is a full-time onsite role located in Ocala, FL, primarily working in closed areas.
