About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee our local accounts within the Dallas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role also includes hiring, training, and terminating employees as necessary to maintain a skilled and efficient team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in cleaning, facilities, or service industries.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees to build a reliable and professional team.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure staff meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Manage employee performance, provide coaching, and implement disciplinary actions when required.
  • Monitor job sites for quality assurance and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain staffing levels and manage schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, staffing, and client feedback.
