About The Position

The Level 1 Laborer Picker/Packer position is a full-time role based in Rollinsford, New Hampshire, specifically within the Medical Packaging department. The job involves working on the first shift from Monday through Friday, with hours from 3:30 PM to 11 PM. The role is essential in ensuring that medical products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipping according to customer specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Good work ethic and positive attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to follow and understand quality management objectives and manufacturing procedures.
• Must be fluent in English for communicating and reading safety instructions, procedures, and customer orders and parts.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 45lbs occasionally and 25lbs regularly.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods, have full range of motion, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality rules for proper gowning, cleaning, or other tasks.
• Review and understand build sheets and work instructions.
• Picking and part inspection.
• Using tools such as a regrind, trimmer, Hudson clicker, or blank cutter.
• Label and pack orders per customer specification.
• Use manual pallet jack to bring completed pallets from packing area to shipping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
