Training and Growth Opportunities: Participate in an up to 16-week training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role. During training, earn $14/hour as you learn all aspects of store management. Upon completion, you’ll be placed at either: Level 1: Starting at $14/hour. Level 2: Starting at $15/hour, based on your training performance and readiness.
