Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, placing orders as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Assist in staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts
  • Participate in employee training and development initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with upper management to implement new strategies and improve store performance
  • Handle administrative tasks such as paperwork and reporting
