  • Ability to carry large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces), pizza sauce (30 pounds), trays of pizza dough (12 pounds per tray).
  • Ability to push/pull trays on dollies (requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds).
  • Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
  • Ability to stoop/bend forward at the waist (at pizza assembly station, front counter, stocking ingredients).
  • Ability to crouch/squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Ability to reach continuously (up, down, forward, above 72" occasionally, down to scoop, forward for ingredients).
  • Eye-hand coordination.
  • Continuous use of hands.
  • Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists (shaping pizza dough).
  • Ability to manipulate a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
  • Frequent and/or forceful pinching (assembly of cardboard pizza boxes).
  • Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
