About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Level 1 Assistant Manager to join our team in Clinton, TN. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in math and cash handling
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using computer systems for order entry and inventory management
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service and productivity
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks
Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff attendance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Participate in staff training and development initiatives
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, reconciling daily sales, and preparing reports
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
