About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 1 Assistant Manager to join our team in Vidalia, United States. Requirements

• Must be at least {AGE} years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
• Cash handling experience and basic math skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices (training will be provided)
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and perform various duties within the restaurant as needed
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly
• Support and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff
• Manage inventory, supplies, and cash handling procedures
• Analyze sales and labor data to optimize restaurant performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in food preparation and packaging as needed
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Perform opening and closing duties, including nightly deposits and paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
