This position is for an assistant manager, where you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses.
• Must navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management.
• Ensure adherence to standards and provide great customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and manage marketing and profitability.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Prepare product and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
