About The Position

As a Domino's Pizza Assistant Manager, your success is vital to our business. As you learn to lead a Team, you will receive training in the fundamentals of product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring. In our fast-paced environment, you will learn the skills to 'Handle the Rush' and be trained in the important leadership skills needed to develop our Team. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. In addition, you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, manage transportation to/from work, maintain store cleanliness, and contribute to marketing and profitability.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.
