About The Position

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. You will operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.

  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination to make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
