About The Position

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who wishes to grow with our company and have fun while doing it. We are a growing franchise. This location employs 15-20 people so team building skills are a must for this position.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Food Handlers License preferred, not mandatory.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work 35-50 hours per week.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team building skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel preferred).
• Basic math and bookkeeping skills.
• Ability to deliver products if needed.
• Ability to create outstanding products.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years in the food industry preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of management/shift lead experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations.

• Ensure outstanding product delivery and customer service.
• Manage staff schedules and oversee employee performance.
• Handle inventory and assist with product deliveries.
