About The Position

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who wishes to grow with our company and have fun while doing it. We are a growing franchise. This location employs 15-20 people so team building skills are a must for this position.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Food Handlers License preferred, not mandatory
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work 35-50 hours per week
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team building skills
  • Basic computer skills (Word and Excel preferred)
  • Basic math and bookkeeping skills
  • Ability to deliver products if needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the food industry
  • Management or shift lead experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Build and maintain a strong team
  • Ensure outstanding product delivery
  • Manage scheduling and staffing needs
  • Handle customer service inquiries and issues
  • Oversee inventory management and product deliveries
