Requirements

Minimal travel
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Applicant will be required to obtain and maintain at least a Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or scientific field of study from an accredited college or university
Experience using CAD software
Experience using MATLAB and/or writing and using scripts (e.g., Python) to automate data analysis
Experience supporting missile defense lethality tests, debris tests, and analysis of data from such tests

Responsibilities

Ability to perform lethality and debris analysis that will support the development of truth model algorithms
Support planning, execution, and data analysis for weapon testing
Provide post test analysis including debris characterization through careful reviews of test data, models, and pre-test predictions
Familiarity with statistical methods to aid in determining truth phenomena based on test data and M&S
Sound oral communication and technical writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical approaches and findings to the team and the government customer
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
