  • Lead the development of analytical solutions by independently identifying problems, designing methodologies, and executing analyses.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business questions, define success criteria, and scope analytical projects appropriately.
  • Proactively propose approaches and frameworks to solve ambiguous or complex problems using data.
  • Translate technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by setting clear timelines, communicating risks, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product, finance, and operations teams as needed.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics, data science, or business intelligence role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently structure approaches to open-ended questions
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations
  • Experience with Python for data analysis or automation tasks.
  • Experience using Alteryx or similar data transformation tools (preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and a background in financial reporting (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • Experience using Alteryx or similar data transformation tools
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and a background in financial reporting
