Our Cloud Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for building and operating the foundational network that underpins the entire Moody's Analytics Platform. We ensure our critical services are connected, secure, and highly available across multiple cloud environments.   • Design, build, and maintain the foundational cloud network infrastructure for the Moody's Analytics Platform on AWS and Azure.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cross-cloud network solutions.
  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot cloud NGFWs and other network security appliances.
  • Develop automation and processes to deploy, manage, and scale network infrastructure using IaC principles.
  • Perform network maintenance, including firmware updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Conduct network security and vulnerability assessments and collaborate with security teams to address findings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues, working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for network architecture, processes, and maps.
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members and contribute to strategic improvements in architecture and tooling.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in cloud network engineering or a related infrastructure role.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a strong understanding of cloud-native network infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Harness, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Palo Alto networking technologies (NGFW, Panorama) is desired.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
