About The Position
Lessons Learned Analyst The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a Lessons Learned Analyst, you will track the implementation of internal and external findings. You’ll gather and process lessons learned, including JLLIS, program data for analysis, monitor progress against established metrics, and identify deviations or issues. You’ll create dashboards, charts, and status reports to inform leadership and perform initial analysis, identify trends, and provide data-driven summaries turning raw data into usable information. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Lessons Learned databases such as JLLIS
- Experience developing dashboards
- Experience conducting research and analysis
- Experience with the shaping and coordination of Navy doctrine, concepts of operations, or concepts of employment
- Ability to produce senior executive-level written products, dashboards, and technical analysis
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the military, preferrably United States Navy
- Experience serving on a numbered fleet or major staff
- Experience in an expeditionary environment whose mission is to man, train, equip, organize combat forces
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines
- Master’s degree
