About The Position

VNA Care is seeking experienced Certified Caregivers for the Leominster, MA area. This position is for Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with the option of 32 or 40 hours per week. Caregivers will be responsible for providing care to 3-5 patients a day locally, which requires travel from home to home as needed. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $23 per hour, along with mileage reimbursement and benefits, including a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• HHA certificate or CNA License - Must be issued in Massachusetts
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Your own means of transportation (Car)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with the senior population

Responsibilities

• Assists the client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner.
• Performs light housekeeping tasks.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation.
• Consults regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment.
• Maintains confidentiality of the client at all times.
