About The Position
As a Team Lead at LensCrafters, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional value for our customers and patients by delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers and patients are consistently delighted with their experience. You will assist in achieving store success by managing key optical and lab processes, if applicable, to achieve exceptional results. This position requires a proactive and solution-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on accurate execution and product knowledge. You will assist customers with their selections, provide recommendations, and support sales associates in their efforts to meet customer needs. In the retail environment, you will ensure that the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service. You will serve as a responsible alternate store key holder, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. If you are working in the lab, your responsibilities will include custom fitting glasses and precisely placing prescriptions in lenses. You will work closely with associates to enhance their knowledge, skills, and certifications related to foundational product and store processes, particularly those related to lens and lab technology. Ensuring that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements will be a critical part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a safe working environment, demonstrating safe work practices, and overseeing the basic operation, cleaning, and ongoing maintenance of lab tools and systems.
