About The Position

Lead the Team That Gets Loans Across the Finish Line! The Lending Operations Manager plays a vital role in delivering on our credit union's promise to members by ensuring loans move smoothly from approval to funding. This role leads the teams responsible for loan processing, closing, funding, lien perfection, escrow setup, and post ‑ loan support, while continuously improving workflows to deliver fast, accurate, and compliant service. The Lending Operations Manager helps turn lending decisions into real outcomes for members, supporting financial well ‑ being, strengthening trust, and driving sustainable organizational success. Requirements

Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study preferred.
Three to five years of similar or related experience preferred.
Supervisory experience and familiarity with financial operations in a high-volume production environment required.
NMLS ID or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee lending operations with a primary focus on loan fulfillment including processing, closing, and funding.
Inclusive of all post loan activities including, but not limited to lien perfection, insurance tracking, escrow placements, problem resolution follow up, and document retention.
