By formulating long-term strategic goals and overseeing high-volume indirect lending accounts, you drive the asset growth that allows us to serve more members. Your leadership ensures that our lending team is not only technically proficient but also deeply committed to a "people-first" service culture and absolute regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • The Heart: A genuine desire to help others through your technical expertise.
  • The Experience: 3–5 years of lending or loan document experience is required.
  • The Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • The Technical Edge: Proficiency in lending software, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • The Skills: Excellent math skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the diplomatic communication style needed for corporate ambassadorship.
  • The Essentials: Must be bondable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Formulate long-term goals for asset growth and forecast industry trends to recommend innovative policy changes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor personnel to enhance their technical and service skills while optimizing departmental workflows.
  • Portfolio Management: Adjudicate consumer credit and VISA applications with exception authority and audit partner performance to ensure collateral quality.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage partnerships, serving as a corporate ambassador for the credit union.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute disbursement for high-volume accounts and synthesize operational data into insightful performance reports.
  • Compliance Governance: Govern internal processes and audit staff and partners to ensure strict adherence to federal and state regulations.
