About The Position

Let’s make moves! We are looking for a Lending Coordinator to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Lending Coordinator at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll work for our Loan Officer to help progress the loan file through each phase of the loan process. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a keen attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2+ years in mortgage or real estate industry or equivalent experience in administrative support role
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and organization
• Excellent customer service and communication skills via phone, email, and other written forms of communication
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist the loan processing and origination department by collecting, organizing, and reviewing documents received from customers
• Support the Loan Officer by following up and communicating with customers on the status of their loan file
• Ensure loan file is ready and prepared to be reviewed by our processing team
• Order and review all third-party verification and services
• Create, develop, and provide excellent customer brand experience
• Assume other additional duties as assigned by the processing, operations, or origination team
