This position is directly responsible for the lending needs of our members in the lobby, phone, online applications, and video banking. The primary responsibility is to use The Member Advantage and Lending Solutions Consulting Incorporated (LSCI) sales and service principles while greeting and serving members in a consultative manner, whether in-person or virtually. Position will consistently be required to meet all referral, sales, and production goals; cross-sell and serve members to contribute to attainment of CU goals. Position will assist members with: loan accounts and services; monitoring the loan queue; reviewing, understanding credit reports; making decisions on whether to grant loans; processing loan applications and disbursing loans; cross selling by identifying, describing and recommending loan products and services that are best suited to fulfill the needs of the member; counseling members with regard to their credit; answering account questions and making changes to accounts as necessary. This is a non-exempt position.
