About The Position
In the Mannheim plant, we are looking for a Head of Mechanical Maintenance (m/f/d). Your mission includes leading and organizing the maintenance team, planning and monitoring maintenance and repair work on mechanical systems and installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, analyzing machine failures, and developing measures to improve plant availability. You will conduct regular training and instructions for the team, work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations, document completed work, and create reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for the budget in your area and cost center responsibility.
