About The Position

The Leisure Travel Specialist at ITA Group Inc is responsible for managing airline and hotel reservations, car rentals, rail tickets, and other travel-related products for leisure travelers. This role requires a strong background in retail travel agency operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of retail travel agency experience.
• Proficiency in Apollo system preferred.
• Strong sales skills for hotel, car, and rail products.
• Knowledge of cruises and escorted tours.
• Familiarity with DMC companies in popular destinations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage details and prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in business writing and client presentations.
• Ability to negotiate effectively in a business environment.
• Solid business acumen and professional attitude.

• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
