About The Position

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Leisure Services Consultants. In this remote role, you will assist clients with coordinating personalized leisure experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth planning process from start to finish.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and delivering high-quality service. Comprehensive training is provided. Prior experience is welcome but not required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand preferences, schedules, and budgets
• Research and coordinate accommodations, transportation, and activity options
• Manage reservations, confirmations, and related documentation
• Communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure accurate arrangements
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries and service summaries
• Assist with updates, changes, and alternative arrangements as needed
• Maintain organized records and client files
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service throughout the process
