Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and activities to generate and maximize room night production and sales revenue in the leisure market (domestic, golf, and international wholesale, as well as ESP and travel agent/consortia markets). Oversee, stimulate, guide, and support these distribution channels (wholesale, ESP and consortia, OTA’s) to maximize room night production and sales revenue; maintain positive client communications and relationships; maximize exposure for the hotel while minimizing related expenses; and exceed overall budgeted revenue and occupancy for the leisure market.
