About The Position
Genentech, a member of the Roche group, seeks an experienced Legal Technology Manager to join our Legal Operations team. The Legal Technology Manager will play a critical role in driving efficiency and effectiveness in the Legal department through the thoughtful integration of technology, data analytics, process optimization, and automation tools. Reporting to the Head of Legal Operations and managing a small team of legal technology professionals, this individual will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining various legal department technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly engaged and innovative leader who possesses a strong understanding of legal workflows, excellent technical aptitude, with a proven ability to lead and develop a team. You would also have a strong background in legal operations, technology management, and process optimization, with experience working in a corporate legal environment, having a dual understanding of technology and legal processes/ways of working. This role is located onsite at our South San Francisco campus, and a fully-remote working arrangement is not available. Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.
