This individual will work with a team to assist attorneys and paralegals with data collection.

Requirements

  • Familiarity and experience with the legal process and environment preferred.
  • Understanding of the discovery process preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with database usage, electronic document management, SharePoint and Microsoft Office Products.
  • Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately, employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to paralegals in the discovery process by gathering information and documents.
  • Source and prepare documents for production.
  • Perform factual research via the internet, databases or publications.
  • Monitor, prepare and maintain reports, records and information as directed.
  • Develop data summaries, charts, graphs, maps, etc.
