Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Products Liability. Position Summary This position supports up to three or more attorneys in a secretarial capacity with our Products Liability department. The Legal Support Specialist provides a wide range of administrative, secretarial and document processing services in the assigned department(s). Flexibility to work overtime as needed. The Legal Support Specialist will engineer the attorneys’ calendars, and document management, as well as word processing and transcribing. The successful candidate will effectively enter time, prepare expense reports, and have a hands-on approach to arranging travel, managing appointments and facilitating all aspects of the professional and personal responsibilities of the assigned shareholders. This role also requires extensive coordination with clients.
