Primary Responsibilities Provide administrative support to legal practice coordinators (secretaries) and their attorneys. Including billing support through updating time entry and editing pre-bills. Creating, revising, and formatting legal documents. Preparing expense reports, check requests, and new business memos. Mailings and creation of binders. Entering contacts and maintaining electronic files. Assisting with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings. Conducting research as needed. Providing back-up coverage for other legal support specialists and the front desk. Special projects as assigned. Overtime may be occasionally required.
