About The Position

TeleSolv Consulting has an opportunity for a Legal Support Specialist III to provide advanced administrative and operational support to a federal government legal office. This role supports senior legal staff, manages complex documentation, and ensures workflow accuracy in an audit-sensitive environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Expert proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
  • Advanced knowledge of federal legal processes, administrative law, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FOIA/PA, OGE Form 450)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal documentation and case files
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to legal leadership and senior staff
  • Manage and quality review high-visibility documents, correspondence, and briefing materials
  • Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and logistics across internal/external stakeholders
  • Lead document tracking, workflow control, reporting, and deadline management
  • Support legal reviews by organizing, routing, tracking, and maintaining case or matter files
  • Assemble and maintain official records and documentation packages with accuracy and consistency
  • Identify issues in processes/documentation and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and support compliance with federal policies and security standards
