Providing innovative solutions, services, and developments.Key Goal As ourLegal SLB Spark Intern you will dive into the legal backbone of SLB, helping manage contracts, ensure compliance and support corporate governance across the globe. If you are ready to learn, advise and make impact, you can spark your career in one of the main areas: Customer Contracts- Review and manage customer agreements. Supplier Contracts- Handle supplier contracts efficiently. Corporate Entity - Support corporate governance tasks. Compliance- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Academic background Law student.
- English Level:B2 (you must communicate and provide services for our Hemisphere).
- Bring your ideas, curiosity and drive to make an impact - that's the spark we are looking for!
Responsibilities
- Support contracts drafting and review.
- Assist in compliance checks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Research laws, regulations and policies.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Prepare reports and legal documentation.
- Learn and apply legal best practices.
