About the position
Work as part of Vistra's corporate legal team to provide legal support to all aspects of Vistra's business.
Responsibilities
- Spend time in the law department with broad exposure and experience working in Corporate Transactions.
- Engage in Environmental Litigation.
- Assist in Energy Trading.
- Support Wholesale/Retail/Corporate Compliance.
- Work on Real Estate matters.
- Handle Contracts and Procurement.
- Participate in Labor & Employment issues.
- Contribute to Environmental Health and Safety.
- Assist with the general operations of the Vistra Legal and Compliance Department.
Requirements
- Must currently be enrolled in an accredited law school.
- Must have completed their first or second year at law school.
