About The Position
Work as part of Vistra’s corporate legal team to provide legal support to all aspects of Vistra’s business. The candidate will spend time in the law department with broad exposure and experience working in Corporate Transactions, Environmental Litigation, Energy Trading, Wholesale/Retail/Corporate Compliance, Real Estate, Contracts and Procurement, Labor & Employment, Environmental Health and Safety and the general operations of the Vistra Legal and Compliance Department. This is an up to 8 week internship project; starting mid-May through end of June.
