About The Position

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The Legal Specialist is responsible for assisting internal and external clients in managing daily operations. This includes validating and notarizing affidavits, reading and understanding consumer documentation while ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy. This position requires adherence to complex process requirements and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

High School Diploma
1 - 2 years customer service or clerical experience
Notary License – can be obtained after employment
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Good communication skills
Data Entry knowledge
Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's
2+ years work experience in financial services related field
System querying skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Responsibilities

Read and validate affidavits. 80%
Notarize affidavits. 10%
Pull media and work on projects or training. 5%
Perform other duties, as assigned. 5%
