About The Position
Procopio is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and dynamic litigation secretary to join our Construction Litigation Team in Del Mar Heights. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for their work, who values excellence, collaboration, and professional growth. The role involves preparing and transcribing legal documents, performing e-filing across various jurisdictions, proofreading and editing legal documents, maintaining organized files, handling client communications, and assisting with case administration tasks. The successful candidate will also manage billing processes, perform calendaring, and arrange for the reproduction and distribution of legal documents.
