The Legal & Risk Management Coordinator provides part-time support to Nelson-Jameson’s Legal & Risk Management function through contract administration, compliance tracking, insurance reporting, and risk mitigation activities. Working closely with the Director of Legal & Risk Management, this role assists with first-line contract reviews, drafts and tracks legal documents, maintains governance and licensing records, and supports OSHA/DOT reporting and insurance renewal cycles. This position is designed for current or recent students pursuing studies in legal administration, paralegal studies, risk management, pre-law, or a related field. The schedule is flexible around your classes, and success requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information in an independent work environment.
