The Legal, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance (LRAC) Team is responsible for supporting the business with all legal, compliance, audit, legislative and regulatory work. This includes providing project management support for certain regulatory reports, audits, and implementation of legislative and regulatory requirements. The Project Coordinator is a key member of the Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance team and provides administrative assistance, project coordination and management support for both state and federal reporting, audits and implementation work. This role will play an important part in ensuring our company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various projects related to legal and regulatory affairs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization's legal objectives. Under the direction of the Director, LRAC, the LRAC Project Coordinator will support various projects, initiatives, and day-to-day responsibilities. As a member of the LRAC team, the Project Coordinator will have an opportunity to improve accessibility to key business information, ensure process integrity, and develop process flexibility which contributes to the success of Mass General Brigham Health Plan.
