About The Position

Clark Hill is seeking a Legal Recruitment Manager in its Atlanta, Collin County, Dallas, Pittsburgh, or Washington, DC office to oversee the full lifecycle of lateral attorney and paralegal recruitment. This firm-wide role partners with firm leadership, business unit leadership, and office Members in Charge to support strategic hiring initiatives within assigned practice areas. This is a hybrid position and the manager is expected in the office at least three days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD is a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience (law firm or legal search firm preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of current legal recruitment and human resources technology

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of lateral attorney and paralegal recruitment
  • Guide candidates through all stages of the hiring process
  • Oversee pre-employment due diligence process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters
  • Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to achieve firm hiring goals
