This role will support the firm’s recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding processes. You’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for business professional roles across multiple offices, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will craft compelling job descriptions that not only outline the role, but also attract and engage top-tier legal talent. Additionally, you’ll track hiring processes, maintain detailed checklists, and partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. You will also serve as a key point of contact by facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers, directors, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. Your responsibilities will further include reviewing resumes, facilitating evaluations, extending offers, and leading special projects, including process improvements and diversity initiatives.
