In addition to comprehensive training and ongoing support, we offer a competitive bonus structure after full training is completed, paid out the 15th of the following month, rewarding team members who achieve specific KPIs and demonstrate consistent performance and commitment to compliance and success. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week on site at our Springfield, OR office. After training, start times vary with a ½ day Saturday rotation, once a month. A day in the life of a PROFESSIONAL Legal Recovery Specialist: Utilize advanced, industry-leading technology to communicate effectively with consumers. Receive training to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Operate modern Accounts Receivable Management and Legal Management System (LMS) software. Collaborate closely with internal Legal Department teams, including Litigation, Small Claims, and Attorneys. Negotiate payment arrangements, address customer concerns, and support consumers on their path to financial stability. Demonstrate strong computer proficiency, including the ability to manage multiple screens and type at least 45 words per minute. Develop foundational skip tracing and settlement negotiation skills for legal accounts. Build a strong understanding of the lawsuit process and legal procedures. Apply sound judgment, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities. PROFESSIONAL employment perks: Starting pay begins at $20.00 per hour (following initial collection training), with additional compensation available for bilingual Spanish skills, college degrees, and prior customer service experience.
