Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Projects Analyst to join our dynamic legal team. This role will support administrative, organizational, and operational support to the in-house legal team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the legal department and will support attorneys across all matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position is well suited for a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders, managing details, and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting legal practices or in real estate is preferred.
  • paralegal certificate a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the legal team with post-execution tasks, including filing, recordkeeping, and internal distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, and accounting) to facilitate smooth transaction workflows.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external parties on legal matters.
  • Handle additional project-based tasks as needed to support a growing legal function.
