About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY Process and research legal paper received against account holders and non-account holders, including criminal subpoenas, restraints, levies, and execution notices. Provide administrative support related to legal paper processing and assist the Security and Fraud Officer as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process and research legal paper, including criminal subpoenas, restraints, levies, and execution notices, in accordance with established procedures Respond to customer inquiries related to legal paper in a professional and compliant manner Prepare and maintain documentation and records associated with legal paper processing Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and accuracy Complete assigned work accurately and within required timeframes Maintain legal paper tracking and reporting tools, including Excel-based databases Prepare routine reports related to legal paper activity Appear in court, when required, to provide factual testimony related to records or legal paper processed, in accordance with established procedures SECONDARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide coverage support for legal paper processing during employee absences or periods of increased volume Assist with routine administrative tasks related to legal paper workflows, as needed
