About The Position
The Legal Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting various activities within Jabil Legal, with a primary focus on assisting with legal projects and driving operational efficiencies within the department and beyond. This position offers hands-on experience at the intersection of law and business, providing valuable insights into the operational aspects of a corporate legal department. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Major(s): Law
- Class Year(s): Current 1L or 2L Law Student
- GPA: Min 3.0
- Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 18, 2026 - Aug 7, 2026.
- Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Effective Communication.
- Self-starter - Ability to drive work with minimal oversight.
- Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for active legal projects and track progress against benchmark data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to Jabil Legal and other functions.
- Assist in sampling legal technology and software programs for potential use.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and support the decision-making process.
- Assist with contract review, drafting, redlining, and due diligence.
- Assist in developing training materials for Jabil operational processes.
- Any additional duties deemed necessary by the Legal Operations team
