About The Position

We’re a fast-growing tech company expanding into new areas, and our teams rely on strong contract and procurement support to move quickly and compliantly. Our Global Legal Operations team plays a critical role in enabling the business, and we’re looking for a motivated early-career Legal Operations Specialist to join us. This role reports to the Director of Global Legal Operations and serves as a key connector between Legal and internal business partners. You’ll support contract workflows, vendor processes, spend coordination, and legal systems—helping ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. We’re seeking someone with a solid foundation in a related field (such as contracts administration), strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You don’t need extensive legal operations experience—just critical thinking skills, organization, integrity, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. If you’re excited to grow your skills, contribute to a fast-moving environment, and help “herd cats” in the best possible way, we’d love to hear from you. The primary functions of this role center on core Legal Operations disciplines—including contract lifecycle management, spend management, and third-party due diligence—as well as close alignment with Finance and other cross functional stakeholders. This position frequently serves as a key liaison between the Legal team and internal business partners across the organization. To support a growing and dynamic team, areas of responsibility may evolve over time as new initiatives arise and organizational priorities shift.
