About The Position

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Legal Operations & Chief of Staff, this position involves managing a Contract Lifecycle Management tool, improving legal processes, and supporting various legal operations initiatives. Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and managing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for sales-side agreements.
• Strong understanding of legal technology and operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation, management, and optimization of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
