Pura Scents, Inc. seeks a highly organized, project-oriented, and technology-forward Corporate Legal Operations Manager to serve as the operational hub of the company’s Legal Department. This role blends legal project management, contract lifecycle coordination, technology implementation, and administrative support into one critical position. The individual will act as the project manager for the Legal Department’s workstream, ensuring that matters move efficiently through intake, review, approval, execution, and archival — while maintaining transparency, accountability, and communication across all stakeholders. The position demands exceptional inter-personal and organizational ability, cross-functional coordination, and proactive communication skills.
